TABLE.4.FIVE - SMALLGROUPS
“The table was the place for fellowship in the ancient world. Here family and friends gathered to share time with each other. Luke has underscored the importance of meal scenes throughout his Gospel. The table was the place where Jesus was heard and where his presence came across most intimately. The fact suggests that Jesus reveals himself in the midst of the basic moments in life. He is at home in the midst of our everyday activity.” - Darrell Bock in his Commentary on Luke

WEDNESDAY NIGHT THEOLOGY : We are creating an open group that will look more like a "theology course" on the historical and practical application of scripture. A deeper look into what the Bible is and how are we to read it today. "If you are interested in the Bible, or God, or your mind, or where these three might intersect..." you will want to join us on Wednesdays @ the Grove.
Would you be interested in this theology course?
